Budget Bill reaches final stage
Today sees the Scottish Budget for 2012-13 reach its finale with the 'Stage 3' debate in the Scottish Parliament.
The
BBC are today reporting that sustainable transport is one of three areas (alongside housing and colleges) that the Scottish Ministers may make concessions in the final Budget.
