Budget briefing on active travel investment
Paths for All, Ramblers Scotland, Sustrans Scotland and Transform Scotland have published the
parliamentary briefing sent to all MSPs prior to today's debate on the Finance Committee's report on the Scottish Budget.
In the briefing, the groups made the case that while the Scottish Government has found only £3.9m for new "shovel-ready" active travel projects that a survey by Ramblers Scotland has found projects with an investment value of £17.1m which could commence within one year.
