Criticism of UK Government plans to delay meeting EU air quality standards
Our response to the Scottish Government's consultation - Consultation on the draft UK notification to the European Commission to secure additional time to meet limit values for particulate matter for certain zones and agglomerations in accordance with Council directive 2008/50/EC on Ambient Air Quality and Cleaner Air for Europe (phew!) - is now available (see panel on right).
Needless to say, we weren't impressed.
