Cycle targets will only be met through sustained investment
Transform Scotland has today published its response to the Scottish Government's consultation on the 'refresh' of its Cycling Action Plan for Scotland (CAPS).
In our response, director Colin Howden says that in order to bring about substantial modal shift to bike use "will require major investment in infrastructure, combined with the introduction of cycle-oriented thinking to road designers and engineers".
