Edinburgh Airport surface access strategy

We've submitted our response to Edinburgh Airport's surface access strategy consultation.

In a remarkable first, we congratulate an Airport! (For increasing their public transport mode share from 19.7% in 2005 to 33.6% in 2011.) Of course, our objections to aviation growth remain.
