Less than 4% of Scottish transport budget will reduce emissions
Transform Scotland have issued a Parliamentary briefing to all MSPs in advance of this afternoon's Stage 3 debate on the Scottish Budget 2013-14. In the briefing, Transform Scotland highlight that only 3.6% of the Budget is considered, using the Scottish Government's own analysis, to be contributing to reducing climate change emissions.
