Looking for an interesting way to talk to your future politicians?
Then come to our Climate Café, an informal and engaging way to ask your parliamentary candidates how they plan to tackle climate change issues if they are elected in the Scottish elections this May.
Climate Cafés are based on the concept of “speed dating”. With a small group of people, you’ll get ten or fifteen minutes to ask questions of your candidate before a bell rings and you move to another table and another candidate. We think that the discussions will be pretty lively, and really show candidates why they should do all they can to tackle climate change should they be elected.
Climate Cafés have already been organised for some of the constituencies where the election battles will be hardest fought: Aberdeen South, East Lothian, Edinburgh Central, Falkirk West, Glasgow Southside and Perthshire North.
