New chair Phil Matthews newsletter article
We are very pleased to welcome Phil Matthews as Transform Scotland’s new Chair. Phil takes over from John Pinkard, who has temporarily relocated to Tasmania. Amongst other things, Phil worked as the Sustainable Development Commission’s (SDC) Senior Policy Advisor in Scotland, including a spell as the Acting Director. A full biog for Phil is available at
