New tool to Fix My Transport
Commenting on the new FixMyTransport website, John Webster said:
"This new website provides an easy, hassle free, way of reporting public transport issues undertaken by bus, rail, tram/metro or ferry within the UK. The functionality of the reporting tool is good and easy to use and allows the route, operating company and a description of the issue to be entered. FixMyTransport then sends the report directly to the operator and tracks any subsequent progress. The site also allows searches to be made for issues in an area so that users can see if it has already been reported or how the issue was resolved.
