Parliament should protect pavements for people
We have today submitted
our response to Ross Finnie MSP's
draft bill on pavement parking.
Basically, his proposed bill is a good thing. It may be unlikely to win the support of Parliament before May's elections, but hopefully it will be returned to Parliament after May.
