Plea to John Swinney to save Freight Facilities Grants
Campaign for Better Transport and Transform Scotland have jointly written to the Scottish Government's Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth John Swinney MSP calling for the retention of the Freight Facilities Grants in the Scottish Budget.
