Response to the Procurement Reform Bill Consultation
The Scottish Government is currently carrying out a consultation on the Procurement Reform Bill, and Transform Scotland has offered a response to the consultation.
Transform Scotland believes that the bill should include more specific provisions for sustainable procurement, such as the purchase of low-carbon vehicles, and putting in place local infrastructure to reduce food miles.
