Response to ScotRail franchise consultation
Colin Howden, director of Transform Scotland, said:
"We're happy with the process so far. It'll get more interesting at the next phase of the consultation, where we hope there will be opportunities to ensure that the next operator of the ScotRail franchise – whoever that may be – are able to deliver an even better experience for rail travellers in Scotland."
