The Skeleton of EGIP
Paul Tetlaw has outlined the losses that are incurred to the EGIP project due to funding cuts in a presentation made at the Capital Rail Action Group public meeting in Edinburgh on Nov 6, 2012.
The presentation outlines the significant decrease in the routes that will be electrified under the original proposal.
The report concludes with urging jointly by Transform Scotland and the Scottish Chamber of Commerce for a greater commitment to rail electrification and enhancements.
