Transform Scotland gains charity status
Paul Tetlaw, Chair of Transform Scotland said:
"I am pleased to be able to report that Transform Scotland has been awarded charitable status, this was duly recorded by the Transform Scotland Limited Board of Directors at their meeting on Monday 7th June.
"The awarding of charitable status brings the organisation into line with many others in the third sector and will allow us to seek future support from a much wider range of funders.
"I would like to place on record my thanks to those who have assisted in this process, and in particular our members for their assistance in completing the 'special resolution' forms required for us to amend our constitution."
